To apply for tax-exempt status for your company, please create an account using your designated business email address through the link below.

Once your account is created, please upload or send your Resale / Tax-Exempt Certificate via email to maxappparel@gmail.com .
Upon receipt and verification of your certificate, we will process your request and issue tax-exempt status to your account.
Please allow additional processing time for verification. Tax-exempt status will only be applied after documentation has been reviewed and approved.
